Shipping Policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. All orders are processed within 4 - 9 days. Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

All sales are final. We do not provide any refunds or exchanges on merchandise, regardless of the reason for the return. This includes unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Exception: Ready-to-wear orders based in Qatar can only be returned if the buyer decides to cancel the order before the delivery person leaves. Also, custom orders may be returned but the deposit of 500 QAR will not be returned.

Alterations:

All of our garments are manufactured to standard sizing. We do not have the capability to customize or modify any products after they have been purchased. However, purchases within Qatar may qualify for alterations.
